This website is owned and operated by Olinda Skincare. We ask our customers to read our terms and conditions. Once your order has been placed we will assume that you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
PAYMENT & ORDERS
Olinda Skincare products can be purchased through our online store and stockists.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Once you have selected your chosen products, you will be prompted through our online checkout. You will be required to provide us with personal information, so we can successfully confirm your order. Refusal to provide one or more of the required pieces of information may affect your ability to place an order with Olinda Skincare.
Please ensure that all of the personal details you have entered are complete and accurate, particularly your shipping address. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been shipped, and any errors in shipping address will result in the loss of your order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order then you must contact us at olindaskincare@live.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. We may cancel your order if a product is not available for whatever reason. We will contact you via email if this is the case.
DELIVERY
Once we have received payment all orders will be shipped within 5 business days. If there are any delays you will be notified by email.
All items will be sent with tracking by Australia Post unless otherwise specified or agreed upon. Olinda Skincare takes no responsibility for shipping delays once the product has been purchased and dispatched.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE
Returns will not be refunded or exchanged if the customer changes their mind. Refunds or exchanges will only be made if the product is faulty or damaged by the manufacturer. Faults must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product. We may ask you to send us a photo of the damaged product, provide a receipt of purchase if purchased with one of our stockists or return the faulty product to us before a decision is made. Management reserves the rights to make the final decision. As these products are handmade they can sometimes differ.
